The Learning About Healthy Living (LAHL) manual (updated in 2024) is an educational and motivational group curriculum on tobacco that was tailored for people with mental health conditions. Anyone who uses nicotine or tobacco products can participate regardless of their motivation to quit. Group 2 is designed for people who want to attempt abstinence.
