Jackie is the Program Manager for NYC Treats Tobacco and works with a team to support tobacco cessation efforts at healthcare organizations throughout all five boroughs of NYC. Prior to joining NYC Treats Tobacco in 2021, Jackie worked in healthcare development and received her Masters of Public Health.
Khushbu is the Tobacco Program Manager with the Center for a Tobacco Free Hudson Valley. Khushbu and her team provide support to medical and behavioral health organizations in seven Hudson Valley counties to integrate tobacco dependence treatment into their workflows, provide training on evidence-based tobacco dependence treatment and resources to treat tobacco dependence. Prior to this role, Khushbu has worked in public health in varied capacity for over a decade. She has received her graduate degree in public health from Mount Sinai School of Medicine, NYC.
Amanda is the Manager of Community Health Programs (CHP) at St. Peter’s Health Partners, based in Troy, NY. She has worked in the tobacco cessation field since 2013 and, together with her team, assists medical and behavioral health care organizations/providers in a 9-county catchment area with developing and improving processes to address client tobacco use. Notably, CHP is focused on working with a variety of underserved populations, such as Federally Qualified Health Centers, rural community health centers, and community-based organizations. In addition, we place great value on input from community stakeholders.
Brielle serves as the Tobacco Project Coordinator for North Country Nicotine Consultants (NCNC) at The Heart Network in Saranac Lake, NY. In her role, she works closely with subcontractor, Lauralee Tucker at Glens Falls Hospital to deliver a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to tobacco cessation within both Medical and Behavioral Health Systems throughout a 10-county region. Brielle’s passion for community health drives her to help individuals navigate their journey toward healthier lives. With a solid foundation in Community Health, Brielle is also continuing her education with the goal of earning her master’s degree to further expand her expertise on helping others.
Kristen Richardson is Director of Community Engagement and CNY Regional Center for Tobacco Health Systems at St. Joseph’s Health. She has a background in research, education, community partnerships, advocacy, and health disparities. Recently, she led a successful clinical team in value-based contracts, contributing to significant savings.

Dr. McIntosh is Co-Director of the Tobacco Cessation and Prevention Research Program and Director of the Center for a Tobacco-Free Finger Lakes. He researches nicotine dependence interventions and trains medical professionals in guideline-based interventions. He has also contributed to global health projects on tobacco cessation, maternal health improvement, and diabetes prevention.
Christine is the Center for Tobacco Control research nurse at the Northwell Health System. Christine assists healthcare organizations in adopting policies that mandate screening individuals for tobacco use and implementing evidence-based tobacco dependence treatment policies. She also provides professional-level tobacco dependence treatment training for healthcare providers and students studying for healthcare careers.
Health Systems for a Tobacco-Free New York contractors are funded by the New York State Department of Health’s Bureau of Tobacco Control (NYSDOH BTC). HSTFNY contractors promote the advancement of organizational change addressing treatment of tobacco use dependence from a systems and organizational perspective.
